I actually agree. Our bodies are extremely intelligent and if we listen to our bodies, it will always tell us what we need to do to feel better. This involves the process fo being "self-aware" and it is something that I teach my clients and always teach within my courses. Being self-aware is a priceless skill to learn and establish because when you can really listen to what is going on inside your body, you can adapt your habits, lifestyle, and food accordingly.
